O-Film — AI-Powered Intelligent Patent Document Extraction System

Challenge: Background
O-Film Group Co., Ltd. is a well-known optical and optoelectronics enterprise in China, with business spanning smartphones, consumer electronics, smart vehicles, and other fields.
In daily R&D work, a large number of patent documents related to lenses need to be processed (in PDF format), which contain extensive technical parameter data. Under the traditional approach, staff members must manually extract parameter information from patent PDF documents and transcribe it into Excel spreadsheets. This process is highly inefficient and prone to human error, seriously compromising the accuracy and consistency of the data.
Solution: Our Approach
flysinfo has built an intelligent lens parameter patent data extraction system for O-Film using AI technology:
Intelligent OCR Recognition — Supports multi-language mixed document recognition, including Chinese, English, Korean, Japanese, and German, with an accuracy rate exceeding 98%;
Precise Information Extraction — Automatically identifies and extracts key information fields such as publication number, patent holder, and patent number;
Cemented Lens Processing — Intelligently identifies and accurately separates the individual parameters of each lens within a cemented lens assembly;
Data Normalization — Standardizes extracted data such as focal length to ensure data consistency.
The system is built on the Coze platform, adopts a modular design, and supports web-based querying and data export functionality.
