Mingou Holdings Group Launches AI-Enabled Operations Platform

Flysinfo (Chengdu Feiyi Computer Service Co., Ltd.) has brought an AI-enabled operations platform online for Mingou Holdings Group, a comprehensive bulk-commodity supply chain service provider under Zhejiang Agricultural Materials Group. The project supports the company's broader goals of digital and intelligent transformation, focusing on both core business processes and enterprise-wide office productivity. The platform adopts a two-tier architecture: deep coverage of core business plus broad coverage of general scenarios. The core tier targets three high-frequency business processes—sales order generation, shipment form preparation, and contract review—through customized business agents integrated with the Yonyou BIP system, connecting AI capabilities with business systems at both data and workflow levels. This is intended to reduce manual data entry, simplify cross-system checks, and strengthen review quality. The general tier includes a separately deployed office assistant covering everyday scenarios such as document drafting, proofreading, file comparison, mind mapping, and presentation generation, without competing for core platform resources. Phased delivery spans development, pilot testing, and acceptance handover, supported by controls on system performance, data security, and delivery quality, along with full-lifecycle technical support and knowledge transfer. The platform will support continued digital and intelligent transformation and the AI capability base can be extended to more business scenarios over time.
